Tempo = 130 BPM

Chord progression:

II: Em I Em I Em I Em I
I Am I Am I Em I Em I
I Cmaj7 I B7 I Em I Em B7 :II

You will also hear some extended versions of these chords...

Scale suggestions:

E minor pentatonic scale - E G A B D

E minor blues scale - E G A Bb B D

E minor scale - E F# G A B C D

E harmonic minor scale - E F# G A B C D#

You can treat the B7 as an altered chord and use the altered scale:

B altered scale - B C D D# F G A

The altered scale is the mode which starts on the 7th step of the melodic minor scale, so in other words - the notes of B altered scale are the same as those of C melodic minor scale :)

The basic arpeggios will come in useful:

Em - E G B

Am - A C E

Cmaj7 - C E G B

B7 - B D# F# A
