G Harmonic Minor Scale: G A Bb C D Eb F# (G) - D7 Chords
G Dorian Mode: G A Bb C D E F (G) - Gm7 chords
C Mixolydian Mode: C D E F G A Bb (C) - C7 chords
G Dorian and C Mixolydian contains the same notes as F Major Scale!

You can also treat the D7 as a D7alt chord and use the D Altered Scale...
D Altered Scale: D Eb F F# Ab Bb C (D)
D Altered Scale is also known as D Super Locrian - and it's the 7th mode of the Eb Melodic Minor Scale.
